Subject of data protection
The subject of data protection is personal data. Pursuant to Section 3 (1) of the German Federal Data Protection Act (FDPA) (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, “BDSG”), this is data concerning personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable individual vis a vis WBI Wallner und Brand Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH GmbH (WBI).
Collection of personal data
Whenever a user accesses a page of our website and whenever a file is retrieved, data regarding this process is stored on our provider’s server in a log file.
The data collected varies depending on the activity and may include personal information such as first name and surname, title, profession, address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address or other contact information. These activities include:

Your data is only communicated to state institutions or authorities entitled to receive such information within the scope of the statutory obligations to furnish information or where we have been obliged to communicate it by court order. They expressly guarantee that the communication of personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses, etc.) is voluntary.
Right to information and right of revocation
You are entitled, on request, to receive information free-of-charge about any data stored concerning yourself. In addition, in accordance with statutory provisions, you have the right to have that personal data corrected, blocked and deleted.
