We, at WBI, have already developed several climatic wind tunnels with sunlight simulation capability for the automotive industry.
You can choose the full spectrum of sunlight between 500 and 1200 W/m². To simulate driving through a tunnel the sun radiation can be interrupted by shutters as fast as on the real road.
As an add on not only high noon radiation can be simulated but also flat angles are possible to simulate sun rise and sun set.
